Global Employment Solutions, a staffing industry leader in the local tri-state area, is pleased to announce the completion of a share exchange and merger with a public shell company. The value of the transaction was approximately $83 million. Management and former shareholders will retain approximately 30% of the new entity “Global Employment Holdings, Inc.” on a fully diluted basis.

In connection with the transactions, Global Employment Solutions increased its borrowing capacity to $20 million for growth capital and potential future acquisitions. Not long before the public offering, Global Employment Solutions also welcomed the following appointments to its management team.

Mr. Craig Kasper, who has been appointed as Senior Vice President of Staffing Services, oversees Global’s Philadelphia, New York and Chicago operations. Prior to joining Global, Kasper held a senior position at Manpower, a global Fortune 500 full service staffing company. He oversaw 100 service locations in eight states and Washington D.C. and was fiscally responsible for a $250 million business unit. Kasper’s versatile experience in professional staffing services, commercial staffing and executive placement make him ideally suited to help Global Employment Solutions expand these lines of business in existing and new markets.

Mr. William Kilgour, who has been appointed as Vice President, General Manager of Global Employment Solutions Philadelphia Operations, has over 26 years of staffing industry experience, specializing in IT and engineering. Prior to joining GES, Mr. Kilgour held a senior position at TAC Worldwide Companies overseeing five physical locations and managing over $75 million.
