| Branch Manager, Temporary Staffing |

Provide strategic and tactical leadership to the Temporary Administrative/Clerical Staffing division in the staffing organization for the IL region. Serve as top manager of the Temporary Staffing division, Chicago branch.

Duties and Responsibilities: |
- Work with employees and managers at all levels to ensure we have the talent required to meet our business objectives in the region
- Foster a team environment in the group and demonstrate collaborative leadership
- Design and improve key staffing processes and monitoring staffing process/customer satisfaction metrics while ensuring adherence to all local laws
- Assist in the implementation of workforce planning initiatives.
- Develop and implement staffing plans and strategies that ensure diversity, high quality, and organizational fit throughout the recruiting and hiring process
- Continuously improve key success indicators, manage assigned projects, and implement strategies and process improvements within the group
- Report to the Chief Operations Officer/COO
- Manage a staff of approximately 4+ people
- Closely monitor market conditions and perceptions and customize strategies to meet our unique challenges
- Manage performance of the division team leaders
- Drive new business initiatives
- P/L responsibility for the Chicago Temp division
- Ensure that all programs are localized so that they abide by local law, customs, and policy
- Align, implement, and execute staffing/ GES programs as directed by GES Chief Operations Officer/COO
- Monitor GES/Staffing metrics within the region and obtain annual budgets
- Build strong relationships with regional business leader and HR peers
- Translate GES targets into specific recruitment strategy

Minimum Qualifications: |
- 5+ years of progressive job-related experience and leadership roles managing a staffing team/organization
- Significant experience running/managing recruiting/sales/ business developers of high volume temporary staffing business
- Prefer management experience with a recruiting staff
- Track record of talent development, performance management, training and reward/recognition programs
- Strong process understanding to drive recruitment/sales.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret manager needs
- Intensity to deliver
