Develop staffing/placement business through direct sales contact within a specific geographical area. Develop relationships with client hiring managers in order to provide pre-qualified hires in a professional, timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop new staffing business for GES
Make routine service calls (via phone and in person) to sales accounts/clients
Prepare and assist with formal written sales proposals
Regularly contact current clients and prospects in the territory to maintain and increase business
Develop new and creative ways to expand business with current clients
Document all new businesses relocating into the territory and make the necessary contacts to develop new business
Responsible for achieving or exceeding forecasted sales goals
Establish working relationships with hiring managers
Generate “workable” job orders
Work with internal recruiters to provide qualified candidates to clients

Minimum Qualifications:

One to five years of demonstrated experience in marketing and/or selling staffing solutions in a business-to-business environment
Able to understand “workable” job orders
Outstanding phone skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-directed; results-oriented; desire to learn and take initiative
Must have excellent time management skills, persuasiveness, analytical abilities
Must have strong negotiation skills, strong verbal and written communication skills

Align, implement, and execute staffing/ GES programs as directed by GES Chief Operations Officer/COO
Monitor GES/Staffing metrics within the region and obtain annual budgets
Build strong relationships with regional business leader and HR peers
Translate GES targets into specific recruitment strategy

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of progressive job-related experience and leadership roles managing a staffing team/organization
Significant experience running/managing recruiting/sales/ business developers of high volume temporary staffing business
Prefer management experience with a recruiting staff
Track record of talent development, performance management, training and reward/recognition programs
Strong process understanding to drive recruitment/sales.
Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret manager needs
